Non-partisan Governmental Progress Report

The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario (ECO) was the province’s independent environmental watchdog. ECO was tasked with monitoring and reporting on compliance with the government’s success in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and in achieving greater energy conservation in Ontario.

The 2012 Annual Energy Conservation Progress Report was created with the theme of “Building Momentum”. For this two-volume report, we created a full-page illustration of a typical Ontario city showing Energy use. Produced in both English and French, there were also matching epub versions.
